Is it legal to record showroom conversations?
Yes. Most U.S. states operate under one-party consent laws. We recommend a brief, natural disclosure to customers -- the significant majority of customers approve recording. For states that require both parties to consent, we work with your managers during onboarding to decide exactly what to say and how to say it naturally on the floor.
Will my sales consultants actually want to use it?
